Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International orders: 14–30 business days (where available)
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays and carrier volume.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at your store's contact email. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Note As we work with global fulfillment partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
